PRICING
At Lazarow Law Firm, PLC, we understand that having IRS tax debt and audit issues is exceptionally trying, frustrating, and, at times, scary. We also understand that for many clients with these problems, finances are a concern.
We believe that paying fees for getting help with these issues, although necessary, should be as least stressful as possible.
We also believe that every client should know what fees will apply to their case. That is why for tax collection cases, we believe that a flat fee structure is the fairest. Although all cases are different, you will receive a minimum flat fee quote for your case’s initial investigation. After a full investigation, depending on what has to be done, you will be quoted a total flat fee for the remedy we decide to pursue. That fee amount will be the total sum required to pursue the desired tax debt remedy. There will be no further fees. We will do whatever we have to do to obtain that remedy for the price quoted.
Also, we can offer you a payment plan for those fees if you prefer.
In tax audit cases, we usually quote fees on an hourly basis against an initial retainer amount. Hourly fees necessary because the IRS has total control of what they audit and how they are going to audit. Many audits take days to weeks invested over many months, but the timing is not within our control. Therefore, there is no way that we can know what kind of time and effort we will have to expend on your behalf for the audit. We can, though, offer you a payment plan for these fees as well.
We try to take each situation on its merits and determine the fairest fees for each case. We will thoroughly and transparently discuss all fees with you before we proceed with your representation.
Our free consultation allows you to decide if our firm is a right fit for you — and if we can answer your most urgent questions.
